Our exceptional setting is offered to only one client per day Exclusive access includes:
- The Barn
- The Patent House
- The Manor (for the wedding party to use for dressing and for photos)
- Lawns, Poolside, Ponds
and Fields - Ample On-site Parking
- Wheelchair Accessibility
- Unlimited Photo Opportunities
- Combination of round and farm tables
- Use of the M Estate and Farms for engagement photos before the wedding day
Wedding Packages
Venue Site Fee:
April, May, November – Fridays $5,900* Saturdays $6,900* Sundays $5,900*
June, July, Aug, Sept, Oct – Fridays $6,900* Saturdays $7,900* Sundays $6,900*
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, & Columbus Day Weekend fees vary.
Fridays are an additional $250, Saturdays and Sundays are an additional $450.
